that's the old saying when things go badly wrong but it would appear nothing has been by our manager coaches & players.....last night was once again a dreadful display by the team one of many this season and there is little point in denying it and trying to claim that well it was citeh they have one of the best teams in the prem....the same citeh team that got mullered 4-0 themselves by everton in the league 2 weeks back.....if you give top players the time and space to play they will murder you and we were guilty on that front all match..so who decided on the game plan? well that is the manager and who do you get to execute that plan why the players of course...both failed....not going to dig out individuals here as we all saw it and all know who did what and when....but getting the basics right as a professional footballer/manager/coach is an absolute must so why don't we appear to do that?....frankly the way we played last night was like a bunch of kids at the park picking sides and playing but not as organised as that! our team just looked lost as to what we were meant to be doing....and this Saturday we go down to Southampton and they are not playing very well but on yesterdays display they will still have to much for us....that happens the tabloids will have a field day at our expense yet again.....so manager/coaches/players hang your heads in shame at that display show some backbone and organisation and prove to we the fans that you are worth the support we give....

Bilic is a problem. Why pick feghouli instead of snodgrass to start. Why stand on the side looking lost and without a clue. Why no change of tactics? Why wait until 60th to make changes when it clearly wasnt working from early on. Why no changes when players were just walking , not supporting each other and not pressing etc. Why wasnt he giving them a rocket up the arse from the sidelines.Carroll needed snodgrass running down the Wing and crossing balls into the box but carroll was taken off and snodgrass brought on ?

Carroll was saved from a game that was lost. The game was over after 20 mins. Byram isn't good enough he needs to go. As for tactics they were the tactics many on here called for. He went 4-4-2 and played open football. So a lot of people were wrong. He has to find the balance of stifling teams like City and Arsenal by packing bodies in midfield where everything comes from, and nicking a win. We haven't got the personnel to have a go at them, they're too good. I think their front three cost £160 million yesterday, let alone De Bryne, Silva and Toure, oh and Aguero on the bench. We're just not in their league. So my wish would be that Bilic stops getting carried away everytime we have a few good results and when we play the big teams, give them a respectful credit and try not to commit suicide in the first 5 mins of a game. That way we may get something from those games. We do it when we go away to them. On the game Carroll was trying his heart out, which was good to see. Lanzini never shirked responsibility. Other than that 2 or 3/10 for the rest. Byram gets a Family Fortunes X

Since i posted i have seen that fonte has stated that bilic had a tactical plan worked out but players didnt follow it. Even more worrying.

this happened at the star of season, afraid to commit to the tackle, it was so apparent apart from a couple players. Regarding Noble, sometimes I think his football brain just switches off, jumping in to tackles he has no chance of winning. COYI GET stuck IN
