just seen the game
That refs decision was well unbelievable to say the least even eddie howe has said they got away with one there....but mmm nothing coming from the refs association on that decision i wonder why...lets see where madely is officiating this weekend certainly hope its not at a pub on new years as he couldn't even run one of those if you get my meaning...shocking shocking decision....that aside though we were very lucky to get anything very poor display i thought.....newcastle 3 twice brighton 3 bournemouth 3 looking at those stats there we need a massive improvement when letting goals in in that amount to average sides like that....so the 4 points we got from chelski and gooners now wiped out by the 1 point against the geordies and cherries...cannot afford to mess about on sat or in the jan window

i agree bikeman, we're
i agree bikeman, we're moaning about the ref's decision but tbh we should be thanking Begovic for the christmas gifts, all wrapped up with a bow. take those away and we lost that game fair and square because we were poor again.

whats happened to the rugged
whats happened to the rugged defending we saw after a couple of games under moyes? is collins a liability at the back? another mistake yesterday, yes cancelled out by his great goal but we've gone from being rock solid clean sheets to weak, filthy, skid marked sheets. Adrian too is back to his flapping around, indecision. every time the ball went into our box yesterday it just floated around and you thought, thats going in.

Genuinely don't wanna sound
Genuinely don't wanna sound like i'm banging on but its the two in the middle that are the cause of the issue mate. Kouyate is 20 yards up the pitch and walking back leaving Obiang exposed, and what happens is teams like Bournemouth create wave after wave of attacks against us and because theirs no midfield cover because Kouyate has gone walkabouts and Obiang gets pulled out of position leaving the defence exposed. Also especially yesterday for anyone who thinks we can afford to drop antonio hopefully got a wake up call, his pace and strength even if he is out of form. Then we get on to Ayew, what an absolute lazy tosser. Cost us the 1st goal with one of the most needless fouls ive seen all season.

yeah but it does sound like
yeah but it does sound like your banging on. they were poor, but to keep singling them out is silly imo. suppose they make adrian, make mistakes? and collins? and make arnautovic miss sitters? and make zabaletta give the ball away all game? and make cresswell make silly mistakes? yeah right. kouyate left obiang exposed? when you have 2 there one goes forward. to say he went forward and allowed 'wave after wave' though, come on. so he sat up the field watching the waves? hes the only one who does get forward. obiang is useless, offers nothing at all. he should be able to cover ffs. imo we need quality to replace obiang and let kouyate get forward. single out obiang imo, he doesnt even try and play well

Once again your lack of
Once again your lack of understand is astounding. ITS NOT HIS JOB TO GET FORWARD. Why is it we can take 7 points from 3 games and keep 3 clean sheets with Obiang and Noble but then Asoon Kouyate comes back in we start conceding 3 a game again. Obiang should be able to cover? How can Obiang cover again 3-5 midfielders on his own? Have you seen Rooneys goal and Diames goal? Both from Kouyate walking back not tracking his runner. Its not a co incidence, we concede more when He plays its a recurring theme! How can you not see it.

give it a rest fred. you
give it a rest fred with the 'your lack of understanding'….over and over again, its not his 'job' to get forward? how the hell do you know what moyes has asked him to do? oh wait, we've got a manager who watches players doing the wrong thing, and just sits there saying nothing? then next match he picks him again and allows him to do the wrong thing again…and then again? and you just knew it was coming …the 'if noble were playing'…hahahahaha. right said fred. how many times has noble given the ball away right on the edge of the area? how many silly free kicks has he given away around the box? but of course, he's the reason we defend so well. you keep harping on about the diame and rooney goal? we conceded 10 goals mate in the 3 games Bournemouth, Everton, Newcastle)….yet you cite 2 goals and forget the rest? oh wait….they were all down to kouyate 'not tracking back'. you talk about obiang taking on 5 midfielders? why? do kouyate, lanzini, zabaletta, moussaka all just go and sit in the opposition box then? and you say other people 'don't understand football'. i think you been playing too much FM mate, its starting to show.

Noble, Rice Even Zabaleta,
Noble, Rice Even Zabaleta, anyone other then Kouyate. I talk about Obiang taking on 5 midfielders, because as you once aain miss out, Lanzini is forward, Kouyate is forward, Ayew is forward, Masuaku is forward, Zabaleta is out of position. They counter, in numbers, thus3-4 players on just the one midfielder, now what you keep failing to understand is how Kouyate being out of position at all times all game every game has on the shape of the rest of the team. How many times has Noble given these free kicks and balls away? Nowhere near as much as you and others claim, which is why he consistently has the highest amount of passes and completion rate in the team. There is a literal pattern that you ignore which is our points per game is always higher when Noble plays and always lower when Kouyate plays. Remember when we started picking up some decent form last season? Co incided with Kouyate not being available and ayew. Shock horror we started losing again when they came back.

I heard with disbelief what
I heard with disbelief what they said about that high kick on kouyate! Listening to those pundits on motd sometimes makes me think the rules have changed! What happened to the dangerous play rule? I'm quite stunned at some of the things that have gone on that are going unpunished.
