Maybe it is because we haven't paid too much attention that we haven't mentioned that there have been a lot of 'old timers' who have receently been visiting the site again in addition to a fair few new members, is it because West Ham have suddenly started to do things correctly? It seems the club has finally emerged from it's self induced coma, and how nice it is to see fans of other clubs in meltdown at their owner's lack of transfer activity, isn't that a change?

Not you dicksy , we're bleedin sick of you mouthin on and on ,and before you threaten to jump on a plane and come over here and give me a good spankin I'm" only avin a larf "

I had Fanno follow me recently ( only recently joined Twitter) and I already have him trying to pick a fight, nothing changes :-)

Haha, first time I've logged on in a couple of years and I see this!

My WhatsApp group was pretty much where my West Ham thoughts have gone recently although I did write a few articles for West Ham Way (I think that's what they're called).

Seriously fell out of love with West Ham and everything around it last season and only renewed my ticket out of habit.

But to quote Al Pacino just when I thought I was out, they pull me back in with first Pellegrini and then some seriously exciting signings!

........all on Twitter as is Darren Harry among others...not sure of everyone's handle on there to be honest.
The org has always been the first site I look at when its anything West Ham and tbh this is the first season in a long time that I'm really looking forward to. Midnight and 2.00am Kick Off's will be a breeze I reckon...COYI

I'll be awake too; glued to the telly. Really getting excited about this season. Not just the thought of being a better team, but of playing a more exciting style of football.

Would be good to see back. Irons Germany was good to read and The Man from Delmonte ( who I'm still in touch with) sparked many an interesting debate. One certain Fanno and davefking could start a fight in a monastery but always had interesting points. The Rev. Aycliffe made a good referee whilst sitting on the fence along with the wind up merchants, Mrs Lucas Neil and a couple of others whose names escape me at the moment. Old Skool Pete was a true character but I'll save the best til last, sadly no longer with us on this world, but certainly the most passionate Hammer Ive ever had the pleasure of meeting. I raise a glass to our "Billy Mac", on here as West Ham til I Die

I remember all those guys and the others previously mentioned. Wish I could remember some of the others, too. Can't believe all this time has gone by. V. proud to be a part of the org.

I dip in occasionally. Leave the odd comment but have not created a post since our own Brexit regarding Gold & Sullivan. They are making my old mate Brother Fareham & myself eat our words at last lol. Long may they continue to do so COYI

Took up a new job about 10 months ago and it's been all go since. Haven't been on here as often as I would have liked. Finally spending a few bob, it's up to the manager and team now. Looking forward to the new season with a bit of optimism. COYI....

Just returned from taking the family with me on a business trip, and I added a few days holiday on the end in NY. I thought it would be a good idea to take them somewhere new and away from so many memories of Tilly. My wife has found Tilly's passing so hard to take understandably as she was her carer as well as a fantastic mother. I have moments like now when I'm alone and I cry out of view, life goes on and so quickly but you never forget or get over it.

I will be back more regulalry on here soon, but I'm trying a zero alcohol regime so may be very boring........

11 years a member, but in the last few years I've moved to Australia (Perth) so watch West Ham upside down. Found the local West Ham pub (Charles Hotel) and think this is definitely going to be a ripper season. Did I just say "ripper".... God... I'm changing.... :-)

Ripper mate, do you now add an (o) on to the end of your words and names? My best Pal moved to Aus five years ago and that's what he does now!
Cheers - Nevo!

What about Tim Handel from Somerset, school teacher/Headmaster I think? Seemed a really nice bloke.

I used to like chatting with Old Skool Pete. How do we get them all back? Is it uncool to mention the org on other sites?
And Fanno...jeez he used to be a proper wind up...
