Well now it does look like we have a gem of a player in this Lad two good feet an ability to read the game far beyond his years and its clear that the players trust him and his ability...whilst not going overboard too much this boy has everything and I think the right manager to help him through his fledgling west ham career..but being the old git that I am I hope he sorts that barnet out lol its the only criticism I have of him.

Fair play to el pel for giving him a try, exciting attacking players we have in diangana, anderson & of course arnie...even chickpea when he came on was lively...its looking good

I think it's great, Grady looks like he has real quality. Even better for me he seemed to come from no where. When possible academy players were mooted a year or 2 ago about 4 were mentioned neither Grady, Powell or Coventry were named in any list I saw. But all have played in the team. You gota hail pell for that. There is no way Moyes, bilic or allardyce would have bled Grady.

Moyes, Bilic and Allardyce wouldn't have given him a chance. Back in the day Old 'H' didn't mind bringing on a few youngsters....Rio Ferdinand, Frank Lampard, Joe Cole, Michael Carrick and Jermain Defoe spring to mind!

I think he should be back from injury he is another star in the making but we haven't heard anything since he scored a hat-trick against Spurs in August. Anybody else heard?
