Ya Ya Toure's agent revealed on Tuesday night that the former Manchester City midfielder had passed a medical in London, inferring he was heading for a club in the capital as an 'out of contract' signing. His agent also took a swipe at West Ham and Fulham by saying that his client wouldn't drop down to the 'level' of either club!

It now transpires that Toure has agreed to go back to Olympiakos, who he first joined in 2005 and where he won the double before moving to Monaco after the 2006 World Cup. 35 year old Toure has agreed a two year deal that will see him earn a net £2 Million per season in Greece.

We at the Org think that is strong money for a player who is past his peak by some distance, that equates to £80,000 per week meaning Hammers have definitely dodged a bullet by Pellegrini's reluctance to 'go old', thank heavens for that. Oh and club won't have to deal with the 'provide the obligatory cake on the exact date of my birthday otherwise I walk' syndrome! - Ed
