I know my spelling sucks, so what , who gives a flying trapeze artists twirl eh? anyway the point is, talk of misseed opportunities, Harry Redkanpp has just got the Buy of the century in signing Defoe, watch this space, we missed out big time, we should of resigned him, his potential, we as the public havnt even had a glimmer.

Erm, no. I'm glad Judas left London to begin with, really. We don't need him. He's an arrogant and self loving pothead. Ashton, Cole, Bellars, Zamora, pfft even Camara...we got more than enough.

It people like you on here that make me laugh saying Ashton, Cole, Beller, Zamora and even camara we have enough! lmao. Thats why we wont progress if fans are happy to stick with our 2nd rate forwards. Defoe is better goalscorer than any of them and surely our squad would be better with him in it. So many naive people on here makes me smile.

Me? Naive? Well, I am only 16 to begin with. Regardless of that, what I'm to point out, is that Cole has been great. Ashton is doing ok, his form has been bouncy because of his injuries. Zamora, we haven't seen much of last year's top scorer this season, and Bellamy, well, he's done well for the games he played. We haven't seen enough of our strike-force before we start selling them for Judas. They aren't 2nd rate strikers. Defoe's an arrogant cow. I don't care if he plays better than them, even though I don't think he does, he left West Ham at the end of the transfer window to the S***s, he thinks he is the best. Passion is more important than skill. If you look at a club just based on its skill, then that's naive. Go support Chelsea, if you want your team to change ever 6 months.

Middleeast you are totally wrong. I'm sick of people on here talking about things like 'passion' and 'arrogance'. They are characteristics that have no bearing on performances. If I wanted passion, I'd bring back John Moncur. Arrogance is a good thing in a striker. Ronaldo is arrogant, so is Torres, so was van Basten, Maradona and Cruyff. C.Cole needs more arrogance in fact and I think the two of them up front would be ideal, Defoe might teach Carlton to have a shot occasionally and be a bit more greedy. The fact is Defoe will score more goals than Cole, Zamora, Bellamy or Ashton. In fact I believe that Defoe is the best English-born natural goalscorer in the league. I know the way he left us wasn't great but you have to look at end product (i.e. goals) and Defoe gives you that.
