Are Nobby, Bellamy & Ljungberg more interested in playing for their national sides than West Ham?Submitted by Themanfromdelmonte on 6 November, 2007 - 15:48.
What the hell is wrong with us? Bellamy was allowed to do a Michael Owen and play for Wales a few days after surgery whilst not 100% fit and has aggravated an old niggling abdominal injury that needed rest. Nobby has been spending more time in South America (after doing a U turn on his international retirement) than Upton Park and Freddi makes remarkable come backs from injury to play for Sweden only to come back in even worst condition!

Hammersfanno1 http://thegamesgonecrazy.blogspot.com Much as I revere him, a certain Bobby Moore sometimes appeared a little more committed to his country than his club. Are you not patriotic first? Do you agree with what Carragher and Scholes have done? I can't blame guys for wanting to play for their country. I'd have given my right arm to play for West Ham. I'd have given an arm and a leg to play for England!
Thats what you get for signing players who are only motivated to join our club because of money.
Now thats not strictly true is it. Dyer and Solano only came here to be near their families. We were just daft enough to accomodate them. And Ljunberg could see that Arsenal were going nowhere..... I can hear them now."Hey Freddie Freddie! Went to West Ham and he won sod all!"
