Re-instate Barking Mad Steve

So you may not agree with his comments & o.k, he was opinionated but isn`t that the point??? The man is Claret & Blue & his comments aren`t mindless so bring him back in Nev, it`s the least you can do!!! I`ve noticed over the last week or so that Nev has come in to some stick from us for his (as some state) weak posts, well if you can`t take the heat Nev, then stay out of the proverbial `Kitchen` DON`T ban those of us that challenge you. For gods sake man grow A spine & challenge those that object to the points you make, correct the man that vents his spleen based on fiction but don`t BAN the man who makes A point. . .because if you do that then we may as well all go home. . .

For once and for all, I did NOT ban Barking Mad Steve, I did not see the comment that supposedly got him banned, BMS somehow managed to ban himself! This site has various protocols and robot defenders to stop people trying to post advertisments, is someone tries to post the same article more than three times in a row it kicks the system in, likewise if anyone includes a link that has more than 3 URL's then they are blocked. I have already sent Steve an e-mail telling him what has happened, strangely his membership does not show up as being blocked but I have asked our techie to see if he can sort it out, and finally BMS can still temporarily post using his yesitsme user name. I hope that answers your question, now why not concentrate on a more pressing issue like why Rob Green must be in goal for England's next fixture. Incidentally NO member has EVER been banned without being warned, and BMS has never received a warning OK? End of story. Neville Nixon, Editor

I have not recieved any e-mail but am now able to log-in again so that's the main thing. I posted one comment with light criticism (which is still there) It was posted once then, later the same day I could no longer log in. That's where I assumed it was you. You say not so, fair enough, my mistake. That's what surprised me because I have seen the number of times you have warned people previously before barring them.
Let's get on with the rest of the season and some more results like todays, what a great climax to the game, it was worthy of all three points!!

Welcome back mate, Good result Saturday for us. Pompey are gonna be difficult for most teams at Fratton park. In the end I was disappointed we didn't nick 3 points but after Greenys last gasp save should be thankful for small mercies not to mention another valuable point away from home.
