It's laughable. In two senses. He hasn't done a bad job and it's obvious that Shinawatra is a bit of a loon. I think he has got them playing in good attacking style with decent players and would progress with them. On the other hand Sven wanted to prove to English fans that he isn't a joke and that he can handle the english game. I'm kinda glad that he's about to fall flat on his face. dave - i have to agree with you - not that i want too...... West Ham needs change and everyone knows it deep down, they just don't want to admit it. We would save ourselves a season , becasue all thats gonna happen next term is the same, mixed results a mid table finish and no new decent signings , look at modric signing for S***s , the ramos "pull factor" , just can't see a top quality player signing for us and then going "curbishley swayed it for me" LOL ......COYI

Fair-weather journey men that could not stand the pace (over a long season then got found out rather quickly) with a manager that is shite at club and international levels both, and before you jump all over me re: his club record before the England job look more closely at who the teams were what they actually achieved and how much money he spent.
