9 Goals/ 2 Games

I know we wasn`t convincing, I know Hesky couldn`t hit a barn door @ 6 paces, I Know. . . But the fact remains the same, 9 Goals in 2 Games!!! I thought Cashly had a decent game, Defoe took his goal well, (I Know, I Know) Rio Makes a decent captain, (It`s his Westham roots) We don`t look like world beaters yet & the slow build up game takes a bit of getting used to from a fans point of view, but we seem to be moving in the right direction & that`s the main thing. Like you say Pete its a job done and 3 points in the bank. Thought we did ok in the second half but the thing that sticks out in my mind was the treatment handed out to Cole by some half wits. Ok he's not exactly Mr popular with some fans but I thought the booing of him was disgraceful. He knew he had made a cock up but the way some supporters turned so quickly was staggering. On a lighter note how good was Beckham when he came on. His passing is superb and he actually went pass a defender as well. His starting days are over but he is still a great option from the bench.

We will win the World Cup but we were pretty sh1t tonight. Capello must learn that it is horses for courses. Tonight screamed out for 4-2-4, with Gerrard told to sit high on the left and Walcott high on the right. He should also have gone with Crouch instead of Heskey. Emile is great against the better teams, but when you are playing against a park team, your number 9 has to know how to score. Had Crouch played, I think we would have got eight. Cashly? He should be shot for that backpass! Rooney was excellent second half when playing where he should be, up front. Gerrard and Lampard still didn't click. In fact, what did Gerrard contribute all match? Did he score? Did he assist? As for Upson! Having narrowly failed to set up a Bolton goal on Sunday with a two yard backpass in the six yard box, he thought he would try it again for England tonight! Twat!

"We will win the world cup" `eh Fanno??? Upsons mistake was a bit "Edgy" to say the least, did you see James gobbing off, LOL, Who was it who done the samee thing to Green last week, it was Neill wasn`t it??? So, Fanno, when will we win the world cup then, in my life time. . .

It was Upson, not Neill! No wonder you thought it was a great Green clearance, you had your eyes closed! When will we win the World Cup? In South Africa in two years time! Capello will show the buggers "Zulu" before the final and we will hold out this time! Just imagine, they will then have to knight Rooney!

Knowing our luck, he will have qualified for England on residency by 2010 and Capello will take him as our secret weapon!
