The Mirror reckons Bielsa wants in at West Ham... Wouldn't believe a word I read in that rag, but what would people think about him coming here? I see one poster did vote for him.

He does not like players bought by the club! He only wants his own so don't see him in the running unless David Sullivan hands over the reigns which is unlikely, still Bilic for me :-)

I genuinely think we will get better with him as manager, some of the other names mentioned are a bit too 'big' for us just now. Maybe in a few years we can go for an Ancelotti type level manager, but I think we will have to wait until we are in the OS with the increased income streams.

Haha yeah. I think the truth is nobody knows anything. SUGO are keeping their cards close to their chest after the Martin O'Neill fiasco! :-) We better NOT end up with the wally with the brolly or suchlike though!!!

My number one realistic target (Benetiz was my first choice but cleat Madrid bound now). Bielsa wants to come too, if you believe the rumours, so could be on his way if we want him. This guy plays great football and really drills his players. Training is hard and Bielsa opts for team players - not individual stars. His record is impressive and I think he would take West Ham to another level despite his lack of Premier League experience.

Agree nt.Been watching a lot of clips on his coaching on utube ,there is a ton of it.But he carries a lot of respect in the management world,Guardiola called him the best manager he has known. So this talk about lack of experience in the premier league doesn't bother me at all. There are a lot of scaremongers out there ,most know f&^% all about football anyway,if appointments are made based on such ridiculous criteria as premiership experience then that will severely limit the boards options.Teams like Chelsea,Man Cty,Arsenal,Liverpool they target the best and look what they have achieved with foreign managers, untried in the premiership. The board have got to unitedly target take that leap of faith and go for the best and for me it would be Bielsa,Emery,Klopp
