Bilic at it again

Ok the truth about sackho and training ground knock has proved to be a lie and the reason he was not involved in yesterdays game is because he refused to sit on the bench he wanted to start when that did not happen this mysterious knock in training came out...now as the manager what slav says has to go but with the constant falling out with some players you have to wonder is it a good thing? look at Randolph he has made more mistakes than Adrian has this season and yet he keeps his place why? I am all for strong management but when needs must surely playing sackho makes more sense, some here will say well he's not match fit and may get injured again and that could be true but that seemed to matter little when choosing to pick Antonio who was still recovering from little niggle and is now out for the season.

i agree on randolph. SB is deluded now..its like the man can't do wrong in his eyes. we've all had to put up with mistake after mistake…but then its like one good save cancels out the 10 blunders. i wouldn't mind but the keeper who was good enough for two seasons as our number one is on the bench and fit to play. yet he doesnt even get a sniff…why? it must be personal and if so this is hurting the team. as for sakho…to be honest i think we should get shot. the guy is an unbelievable sulk and pre madonna. whereas adrian has accepted and worked hard to get a chance (but staggeringly isn't given one) sakho has been sulking and injured all season so he has no right to dictate anything to anyone. sakho…you;re fired.

It's bordering on disgraceful that Randolph is keeping his place. his mistakes on the weekend were woeful and he really has to be dropped now. We're practically safe so I think SB should give Randolph a place on the bench for the rest of the season.

I was at the game yesterday and I would have had Sakho in for Snodgrass, Carroll and Ayew did cause problems for Sunderland early doors and Sakho has the turn of pace to have made a difference. Randolph and the back four have communication issues, his decision to come out and lose the ball shows a lack of confidence in the back 4! Adrian would have punched it clear but in truth a ball he did not need to come for, he may have been impeded and another day may have (and big sides have got) the decision our way but IMHO a 50/50 ball, he defo looked deliberately blocked off for the opening goal but where was the man on the back post, Nobles preferred corner stance. I agree with DITM though players must not be allowed to dictate but as I said I would have played him instead of Snods who I would have had on the bench.

Firstly let's not execute sakho or indeed bilic for this incident. Nothing has been proved its anything of the sort. For me it's typical Twitter made up crap, and until I see anything other than rumour I will treat it as such. I do however agree with plaistows comments on poor communication between Randolph as his defence. It will make somethings a lot simpler if it's done, plus my initial thoughts with the second were did Randolph really need to come for it and get involved? I only saw it once (in disgust) so I didn't say until Plaistow mentioned it. As for the Adrian it's all very strange. Typical bilic really.

There's been talk of whinging over salaries, sulking over not starting or being substituted, -- it really seems like a manager who has no control of his team. But in public many continue to support him. I really hope that our players are not as spoilt as some of them appear to be. First Payet and now Sakho (if stories are to be believed). And the mystery of San Miguel is just that -- a mystery. Maybe we'll find out after the end of the season.

a total cluster you no what! from owners to management to coaching to players to the stewarding and it all needs to be torn up and looked at again..apart from the ground which we are powerless to do anything about everything else can be sorted but its going to need a big set of balls to get it done...no more spouting to the papers about how much we will pay for players either out of our reach or certainly no intention of joining us it makes us look so amateurish it is embarrassing ....the manager needs to get his playing style nailed down and sort out the coaching because we lack any kind of ideas other than the lump it up to the bigman....he needs to learn how to communicate better with his players and not hold what appears to be grudges it does not help, if he does not want the player then do what was done with payet and get rid do not let it fester...youth needs to be given a chance....fernandes has been the bright spark of this season when given game time....stop being loyal to players clearly out of form no matter who they are its why you have a squad not one player should feel comfortable about keeping there place...perform well and your in but drop below and give another squad player the chance...you need proper competition or you get what we are seeing total apathy and no fight..players need to earn there corn a bit more

Mcbikeman that post needs to be sent to the club as it's exactly what is needed to start again next season. If the board want to move us forward we need to get it right from the top down because ATM it's not working at any level of the club.

The answers to all these mysteries we have them only if Bilic will be fired; of course it's very strange as he is not aware of all of Randolph mistakes that are costing us points. Sakho you know it has a particular character, but he's been injured all season, you better be careful for his sake and that of the team

It wont happen mate....for one reason and that's money...before anyone decided to apply for the job and there would be many they would want to know just how much the clubs prepared to spend...Benitez if he had signed I would no doubt of left by now specially with our dealings in last summers transfer market...so the club will not go for an upcoming manager they dare not risk there prem status and no BIG name would risk taking it so unless we want a woy or heaven forbid Maclaren I am pretty sure bilic will be at the club next season.

this is the thing bike man. it makes sense to remove the manager and replace him with someone who will do better. but would the fulham manager or roy hodgson or maclaren or steve bruce do that? we know this board won't get the upper calibre manager and we also know they won't take much of a risk. so it would no doubt be a journeyman and someone they feel has 'pedigree' but we know that means old, been around the block and pretty much uninspiring. they are already making silly noises about the guy at fulham…yes he's done ok there but really? he's now the best manager we could get? hmm. all that said, we can all see SB has struggled this season. it is his second season. he's not been helped by payet, the move and the rubbish signings of course…so all in all its my opinion anyway that its better to stick with him and actually bring in some players that will improve the squad rather than take it backwards. i also think its true SB needs to take a good, hard look at his tactics and style of play. he's gotta stop with this tinkering and decide on a way to play. granted he may have had one with payet and had to change it but still what I've see is not good enough. he also needs to be slapped around a little and shown tapes of randolphs gaffs coz he's not seeing them. either we get a new keeper, someone solid or he restores adrian but this love fest of randolph has to end. he's the main reason our defence has been all over the place if you ask me…look at us last season compared to this. so to summarise, plenty of work to be done, but i don't feel sacking SB and putting in Steve Bruce will do us any favours.

Slav needs to show who is in charge and needs total backing which means Sakho behaves or sent packing with the board backing Slav with better replacements. Slav is far from perfect but still much better than the last 3 managers! We cant just keep replacing the guy at the top, give him time.

will they back him....they have made noises about Wilshire for £30million well only we would be stupid enough to pay that..£15mill tops then we need 3 top not average but top defenders...a playmaker like sigurrdson and two strikers of which defoe on free mentioned and sturridge they like and again batman from chelski.....do you think they would invest over £100million that's needed because I do not all we will hear coming out is we would love to but FFP prevents us from doing that.....don't see other clubs bothering with that. and on top of that we need Two keepers because Adrian will be off and Randolph is just championship level at best.

lets hope they invest but from past history, its going to be loan and loan and loan and one or two free players. we splashed out 20 mill on ayew who hasn't lived up to the price although a decent player. we will need to splash another 20 mill to get sigurdson although not sure he's what we need. its a striker surely.

No we need 1 keeper. Lets stop all this Adrian isnt good enough nonsense. because hes been one of our top performers over the last 3 years and had one poor spell at the start of this season which only actually involved in him making one major error. Other then that hes fine, good shot stopper, contrary to what people say hes good at dealing with crosses and good from set pieces. Over the last 4 years we have only suddenly become this poor at defending set pieces, long balls and crosses since randolph became keeper. Co-Incidence? Not at all. Adrian is a much better shot stopper aswell. I count 6 or 7 major errors from Randolph but thats not including the amount of soft goals hes concedes. To make things worse he does what I hate most and just always stands still and is a weakling.
