We need to inprove,
We have to stay focussed ,
We will get better,
We have to learn by our mistakes,
Its like they trot out a different squad member after every defeat to churn out more propergander

i'd rather the bloody squad and coaches and manager put more effort into training and putting things right instead of coming out with this kind of bullshit....but Bilic is a busted flush i think this game against swansea will be his last baring in mind the international break coming up...if he is not like i put in my post "four games" if we dont WIN all of those then we are in it upto our necks and its close to going over our heads.

Think both you guys say it for me. Let's remember we have only won one game in the league and altho better in that one we haven't shown much as a whole in improvement. I don't see us getting much from Swansea, and I given up on bilic getting the bullet. He has had far too much glossed over by the owners, for someone so incompetent. ATM I detach myself from most of it. Most of our games I wouldn't even watch on the net anymore! I have turned off half way through far too often. I can't see how anyone can justify keeping bilic because THEY can't see who else is available! That's not a reason to keep the village idiot! We have had plenty of chances of getting someone better in the last year. Not only that it's NOT up to us to decide who is better. Are we expected to believe there ISNT a manager in the whole world we could get that is better than bilic? If true then God we are in trouble.

can't be bothered to watch them or give up halfway through.....currently our team just does not instill any kind of belief in me that they can get better and do much more....and that comes from the stupid decisions Bilic and his coaches make....i don't no how he is going to cope with our right back Antonio out injured now!

He will be alright at right back, he has got to fit Hernandez in somewhere, so we can now put what bilic thinks is his reserve striker in at right back.

Like every one else i used to look forward to a match on tv but lately ive noticed a distinct change in my mood after we loose ,slightly depressed, irritable and an urge to go down the pub and get shit faced ,a board should consider adopting the slogan right after coyi :government warning :supporting west ham can seriously damage your health

Yep Mooro, they need to shut their mouths and get on with things. Hard work on the training field and absolutely no excuses at all

"It was a difficult atmosphere in some ways. I'm never going to criticise the fans, they come here and pay their money and have a right to their opinion. We have to focus on the win. We have had seven points since the international break [at the beginning of September]. It is on all of us to take the pressure off. We don't get sucked into the speculation, we just stick together and fight hard."

If I read that right, he's admitting that the team have been really poor so far this season, and that it's up to them to get better. What more can you say at this point? Hart did his job (1 save was all that was required), and WH have kept 3 clean sheets in 4. I admit there is not much reason for optimism, though.
