Time to give Wilshire a shot

Submitted by bolleau on Sat, 27/06/2020 - 19:40

Seeing as he is finally fit, I think its time to give Jack a shot at the expense of Noble. Mark Noble marks space, slows down the game and pretty much only passes backwards or sideways. Love him to death but it's time. Would be interested in others thoughts.

I give him him 15 mins then he will break down again!! I would love to be wrong & he fullfilled his undoubted potential but sorry mate cant see it myself

Its a real shame as he is a West Ham boy,and would dearly love to give his all,not like most of those that do play,or should i say turn up.

In a weird kind of way, if we could get 6 decent performances out of Jack and we stay up. He could redeem himself if he's a matchwinner.

Sadly I don't think this will happen and he will be let go. The accountants will breathe a huge sigh of relief...

Far too many late tackles for and against Jack I'm afraid. his ankles and possibly knee ligaments as well, have taken a lot of damage and the next hard tackle will see him back in the treatment room. Knowing Jack that will be 5-10 minutes into his next game if he is put on the starting list. However! if he can last more than 20 minutes probably as a substitute he may just change one or two games our way ?

A D Bonds

Midfield looked so much better against Chelsea without Noble. There was pace and always advancing the ball forward. The writing is now officially on the wall. I Hope Moyes saw that too.
