Commentator when Lennon scored - 'must be staking a claim in the England squad'... 20 mins later Antonio inspires an impossible comeback with his 6th goal of the season!

Fawning over Barkley and Lukaku and when Everton started the match with Lukaku roughing up Antonio, not a word, but oh didn't Everton have a shout for a penalty they said ... Got what they deserved. Righteousness won today.

I had to go out when we were 2.0 down whilst out somebody said Everton had missed a Penalty .. Then when I got in my Car and put the Radio on it said Payet had just Scored what should be the Winner .. I can't believe our turnaround in this today .. Is it for real ? .. Lol

Being totally greedy here, but if we hadn't picked up those injuries earlier on in the season who knows what could've happened this season?
The media will point to our Dimitri being out (fair point) but we didn't lose too many did we (something that's rarely mentioned by the way)??
8 points away from Leicester at this moment, everyone associated with our club this term deserves the highest praised - People will obviously point towards the Players Footballer Of The Year (it's surely in the bag for our French genius) but for me Slaven Bilic (and his appointment by our owners) has been astonishing....Unbelievable to be honest, I can't quite believe it.

That was a proper smash and grab job, exactly what Everton deserved for all they did to us last time out. Who could have written this script? We were dead and buried. Then the penalty that wasn't a penalty. Lukaku. It was going to be 3-0. But NOOOOOOOO. The football gods smiled upon us, and we took their offering to the bank. Brilliant stuff from a team that doesn't know when to quit. Payet had some poor moments, but quality too, and when it counted he put one in the back of the net. Sakho and Antonio too. Ogbonna was immense. Feel for Reece Oxford -- Lukaku is a lot to handle for a 17 year old. I'm sure the team will pick him up. And Slaven Billic -- he could have closed up shop and tried to minimise the damage (Sam would've done so), but he went for it and it paid off. All you need is Slav. What a team, what a club, what a season!!!!!!!

Ashes, I didn't think that Everton's so called pen was a free kick.
Besic was looking for it in my opinion.
I don' t really see it as a smash and grab either sorry...Bilic has instilled an unbelievable belief and team spirit in this squad.
We did leave Everton off the hook and again in my opinion, they didn't deserve a two goal lead on balance of play (ten men or not).
We were outstanding and fully deserving of that as far as I could see....COYI!

If anything, Song obstructed him more a couple of steps before that. But it was never a penalty. Not sure I used the phrase "smash and grab" correctly. What I meant was that we snatched victory from the jaws of defeat in the most spectacular way, and must really have left their fans dazed and confused, like the victims of a smash and grab. Anyway, I did think, like you, that we were playing well even in the first half, without the benefit of a goal. I fully expected us to score until we went 2-0 down. For a while after that I thought we were forcing it and none too clever. But once Antonio notched one, it really was game on, and I would have taken the point. Good thing a point was never enough for Slav and Co.

Did stream the game on my Android box as it was a premium channel. Although it was good quality I preferred waiting for the rerun on the basic channel and in HD before commenting on the so called penalty. There was contact outside the box and it was soft. Most referees would have overlooked it, but no way it was a penalty. So justice was served with Adrian coming to the rescue and West Ham sewing up the fifth spot with 10 men United going down against West Brom. Did watch that game's coverage and cheered for West Brom all the way. I was shocked when the Canadian panel mentioned about Leicester having an easy set of games until their final three matches against Everton, Man City and another big team. West Ham were supposed to be one one the "easy" opponents. Really, am I missing something?

First Spuds and now Everton. Bilic should get all the credit in the manner in which he reorganised the sides especially after going two goals down and against the run of play. Adrian kept us in it with some sterling performances and with that great penalty save. He really is my man of the match, as you could not fault him with those two goals scored by Everton. Great to see Sakho back on the scoresheet and once again our legend sewing it up with that winning goal. But our other in form player in Antonio must take a huge amount of credit with getting us right back in it with being a consistent goal scorer. This team is getting better and better as the days go by and now we are temporarily in fifth position and on the tails of the top four. Three wins in a row is sensational at this stage of the season especially as all sides have started to buckle up. Oxford apart from that inexperienced let up was overall quite solid in defence. Yes, Lukaku was expected to score and would have done so irrespective of which defenders are in the squad. Hate the way Lennon an ex Spuds player scored against us to add insult to injury despite having only ten men on the pitch. Noble and Cresswell should be part of the England squad, and Voi Hodgson must take into account Antonio's goal scoring abilities, and versatility in being able to switch from right back, to right wing and even upfront. We just love this guy and his passion to give his 200% consistently from the time he was given an opportunity to be included in the starting lineup. Lanzini keeps improving with every game under his belt. Kouyate and Ogbonna have struck up a great central defense partnership. Obiang has a steady game today and was once again the sacrificial lamb along with a very hard working Emenike. Would love to see him partner Sakho as they could terrorise any defences. Carroll is a super sub the way he help set up the winning goal and made his presence felt. All I can say is bring on Chelsea, Man United, Arsenal and Leicester. We fear no one any longer.
