We need to put teams like this under pressure right from the start.

could easily have been a awkward game this newly promoted sides usually do well in their first 6 games giving their all e.t.c but we had them under pressure from ten minutes into the game could have scored 5 but for their keeper playing a blinder, so up to 5th were we belong C.O.Y.I

Easy to say as the fans were vocal throughout! Anderson impressed me with his willingness to track back.Noble as usual covered a lot of ground, Rice breaking up play, Lanzini ran at defenders time and again sometimes his final ball was off.
The defence still needs work though was vastly better than previous games. Fabianski instills calm as always and I like how he catches the ball rather than punch it. All round good performance... onward and upward.

Took my 20 year old Southampton supporting son to the game yesterday. He commented on how loud the West Ham fans were. Good game, Lanzini wasn't great, Nobes was excellent, as always. 5th and rising.

But for that bloody injury curse! He was the same before his injury.with Antonio out too & chickpea certain to go it is a worry if haller or Anderson get crocked.for now though im just enjoying the great attacking football we are producing

yes dave yarmo is mustard mate.some of the football played v Norwich is what we've been waiting for, they was on it.please let us have em free from injury,it f*cks us over every season it's in our DNA.by the way loving Anderson with that pass to haller taking 3 players out the game, let down by VAR big time for a stone wall penalty though.VAR was shit for villa too for there goal being disallowed, jammy f*ckers palace are ,they shouldn't be 4th that's for sure.
