if we end up getting hammered today of which I'm sorry to say no doubt we will do .. Hopefully that should see the end of our current Football Dinosaur Allardyce !

What will Sam do? Will he try to keep it at only two. Or can we see some passion I would rather lose by five if we showed a bit of heart.

Why do the words space and Wrigleys keep coming to my mind ?? I should have specified the space in between Allardyce's ears too.

Absolutely none from the Hammers. Cannot do anything with the ball. Look at the way City are moving the ball around at will. Noble cannot create anything more than go backwards. Downing is a shocker, Cole has no idea what his role is. Last season has come back to haunt us again. We are the worst team in the new year.

First time we outnumbered the opposition in their half on the counter, with Downing clear for a through ball and Valencia holds the ball too long and loses possession. This is why we are losing

Kouyate elbows Richard Hammond... looked accidental rather than malicious but still lycky to get yellow

Nolan for Cole? GEESH! One has-been for another, meanwhile the guy who scored that goal against Hull isn't allowed anywhere near City's goal. This guy HAS to go ASAP PLEASEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

Sam will obviously blame our inability to score in the last 10 minutes. Instead of explaining what we were doing in the first 80 lol

the lose, but why can he not play younger players that will give us more spunk???? only 2 wins this year, pathetic.

all over them in the last 20 minutes ! With better ball control and finishing, we could have WON the game !!!

Well that was a predictable boring effort.I find it laughable how a manager who rates himself so highly can put out a team with those players, when there were much better on the bench, and stick to those same clueless tactics .We all knew it was going to be a painful experience to watch, and boy we were not wrong there. The effort the players put in was way off from what we watched early season. It looks to me like team are just going through the motions now, there were moments during the match where they raised their game but generally they allowed Man Cty to dominate possession and control the game.Basically I just cannot be bothered with the rest of the season now,all that early season expectancy has faded to apathy. The sooner Allardyce is gone the better because that negative boring style is engrained in his teams. The owners should put him on garden leave and embarrass him the same way he is causing embarrassment to our fans every week.

Totally agree and well said .. After that fabulous start we had up to December .. I personally think we will end up in 12th position now at best !

But even still it was a shocking performance really. The players lacked any fight or desire and didn't really show up at all. Only Jarvis and Nolan are worthy of a very small mention as they started to create little aspects when they came on. In fact I thought Nolan was our best performer today when he came on, but that wasn't hard as the team were p*ss poor all game.

I know Sam needs to take criticism for recent results and displays (and rightfully so as we've been pants) but the players need to take a long hard look at themselves too. They need to up their game and soon as this rot needs to stop!

Due to work or finical reasons I've had to wait till the back end of the season to see my mighty hammers live. I so wish I got the chance in the first quarter of the season when we were buzzing.

The Etihad itself is not a bad stadium, my mate who took me ( a city season ticket holder ) showed me round the place and had a bite and a bevie before I went in .My seat was right next to the cut off area near the home fans so the vocalist in both crowds were on form all the way though. As for the game itself ( I'm getting good at picking shite matches ) It wasn't the best game I've seen. So many silly schoolboy errors passing and ball control. We didn't look like scoring not counting the ginger pele goal and what shots we did have it was sods law they were blocked. As for $ity for the money they have ploughed into the team IMO they were nothing special, you can see the difference in the quality in city team and on a whole they should have hammered us. It's just a shame we weren't playing as well as we did at the start of the season. With 3 points under there belt even my mate on the way back thought city were shite...................The only good thing about coming down the M6 to the midlands was hearing the result of the Villa game. ( shove that up your stevie G ).
Next game ( last one for me this season ) is the Villa game....shame there on form at the moment....still WHTID
