If Man United come in for any player, they will go because they are all big headed enough to think they will be in the first team all the time. S***s could not keep Carrick, Leeds could not keep Ferdinand. We will just have to put up with it.

Leeds sold Ferdinand because they couldn't afford to keep him!

I hope there is no truth in the rumours that Deano is going anywhere but I'm afraid we will have to put up with this for some months. Lets hope that Deano wasn't reading this site & a couple of others a few months ago where a number were calling him a fat lazy bleep. COYpositiveIrons!

i wouldnt be to worried. ferguson tried to chase alan shearer and he chose not to go to man u remember. deano aint stupid, he knows if he goes to a team like man u right now he will rot away in the reserves. remember he has yet to have a full season under him. give him time and he will be a goal scoring machine and at that point he wont want to go to man u because we will be playing in europe. go you hammers. west ham 4 life

A little reminder to the hammer down: Alan Shearer chose to go to Newcastle because they were his boyhood club and Deano is said to be a Man-ure supporter, so I think that unless Curbs pins him down to a new deal, that red faced alcoholic will be chasing him and if your boyhood club that is playing Champions League football and is chasing you especially giving you a platform for international football I reakon you would proberly take your chances and sign for em, so a much as it saddens me to say this, I think there is a fair chance that Deano could be off to pastures new and if that happens, then we should all draw up a petition to get rid of that hopeless turd sucker of a manager that we have in Curbs as that would be his all time f*** up since joining WHU.

I admire your attitude and hope your right because im my opinion deano can be the next shearer...he has the touch..the power and good heading ability...given time and more coaching and weight loss he can out muscle defences like shearer did in his prime...a fit bellamy/beeefed up sears running off him and they will be a potent partnership...said it b4 we need to hold onto the spine of the team in the close season and if we do we will know where the clubs ambitions lie...if we dont ..ah well we have seen it all b4 havent we ? I live in hope ...COYI
