Odd formation Engligh teams
Odd formation Engligh teams never really work well with 3 at the back. Centre backs are not used to it and confusion sets in over who is supposed to go for the ball. No way we are getting Adriano although Prajanic could be a real gem for us.

Adriano would never play for west ham. 3-4-3 would never work for an average premiership side. we can't shoot anyway. we would get destroyed at the back. 3-4-3 Vs every other teams boring but preditable 4-5-1 we would have about 8% possession. Its appealing, but it wouldnt work.
Prajnic and Behrami can both play on the wing or as full backs so when we didnt have possetion we could go into a 5-2-3 but then go on the break or attack when we have the ball i think this would work very well
