Keeping The Faith!!!Submitted by old skool pete on 8 August, 2008 - 18:59.
We`re all getting sucked in to the circus that is "The Media" & it shows!!! It seems that Westham have admitted they got it wrong as far as Ljungberg is concerned & have cut their losses, I say "Fair Play" but instead of this being good news to some on here (the type that are Always harping on about how high our wage bills is) they use this as further ammo to use against Curbs, like a stuck record, record, record, record, Sorry!!! We had it all last season & it seems that we`re gonna get some of the same again, why not, (To save time) don`t these people just cut out every other thread from last season, from the archives, posted by themselves, & just cut & paste them on to the 08/09 season??? I haven`t been impressed with Curbs & I`m a bit gutted that Bellers is out already, but, please, for the Sanity of everything .Org, Change The Record!!! The Media are pondscum
The Media are pondscum anyway... I think it's gonna be a tough season unless Nani pulls off a couple of blinding signings, but if it wasn't tough it wouldn't be West Ham, would it?!... COYI

Good common West HaM sense Pete..were not in this for an easy ride and life is never dull being a West Ham supporter and we all have our gripes but everyone deserves a chance and after last years injury ravaged nightmare and it was supposed to be our consolidation season (how people forget that baffles me).Lets now get behind our boys and MANAGER and give them the chance and support they deserve..if it all looks familiar come January then o.k. give stick were its due but give a dog a chance I say..Forever blowing bubbles..Isaac..
Fair play there Pete, we have to keep it together. West Ham as usual are making it hard for us, but then we just wouldn't be West Ham if they didnt. Hold your chins up people, were not in it for the easy ride, where better than that. Keep the faith, and pray that they know what their doing FFS!!! CoyneversaydieIrons!!!
LOL LOL LOL LOL LOL Turds out Turds out Turds out Turds out Where the f8ck is my ticket? Where the f8ck is my ticket? Where the f8ck is my ticket? Why change the record when it is so catchy?
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FiL1sjGIcew is a catchy song, but maybe if you got a band together it could work. Could.
Wait a cotten picking minute! The negative press about West Ham is all very fresh and recent. I ean since the Tevez case it has been sickeningly sweet. Pundits and papers praising Curbs for his great management as well as the 'look where they were last year!' mongers out in force. For anybody who reads the papers it has been extremely annoying when everyone says how well we were doing when the real hammers on here were saying 'hang on a minute, we are throwing games away left right and centre not to mention laying over and dying against S***s, Man U and Chelsea'. The annoyance was that we were playing agasints teams and beckoning them to score against us, which they did more often than not but the press loved watching us being mid table ole west ham doing no harm to nobody. That's what we were in the past and that's how it chould be now is their opinion. Get a grip the negativiy has always been on here because we really understand what's going on. The press are just picking up on the vibes and kicking us when we are down just like they did at Tevezgate. We aren't believing the hype, we created it out of a very real situation! Phippsy
Good to see you've got your positive head back on Pete!

I'm forever blowing bubbles,
Pretty bubbles in the air,
They fly so high,
Nearly reach the sky,
Then like my dreams
They fade and die.
Fortune's always hiding,
I've looked everywhere,
I'm forever blowing bubbles,
Pretty bubbles in the air.
Same ole West Ham taking the piss..... One man couldn't carry couldn't Lampard, one man and his fork-lift truck....
Pete, I agree. Nothing is ever as bad as it may seem. And in light of recent events in my life, the current situation at West Ham is actually quite good, look at what the facts are: We finished 10th with a broken and battered squad with a shiite manager, but hey, we stayed up, and we stayed in the top half, we never got beat badly, it all could have been worse, so much worse... I mean, Lucas could have been injured a lot...
I agree with you in all that but the not getting beaten badly part. We got beat 4-0 3 times on the trot lol
we did get beat 4-0 three games in a row, just pointing it out. But the way i'm not one of the Lucas Neil haters around here.........just because i'm australian & it's in our genes to love our sporting stars. Exept Leyton Hewitt.........I hate that Knob.(West Ham Till I Die)
Trouble is Pete the board seem to fuel us at the moment NOT the media! Im happy for FReddie to go but the board are so full of Sh1t, we dont know what to believe from them! They are acting at best like Buffoons! If they kept to some consistency and Informed us better we could at least argue against the doom mongers! Even i who have tried to support Curbs and the board am no longer believing the sh1t the are shovelling! I truely believe they need to do a P.R job on US FANS!! NO SPIN!! Believe me Pete i WANT something to cling to!! To fire back at the doom mongers but what do i have?
Yeah i agree. We're all hypocrites, we were sick of all the media throwing sh1t at us left right and center. Then there's us on here stirring sh1t (I now already regret my 'More Lies?' post) and turning each other against our club. I think KUMB ain't helping the situation either. Apologies West Ham I love you really :) lol COME ON YOU IRONS!!!
