Genk visit West Ham on Thursday evening for their Europa League group match off the back of some recent poor performances, however their players are really looking forward to playing the Irons ahead of the game according to their manager.

This game is by no means a gimme, and David Moyes will be only too aware of how an underdog can bite, after all he has been in charge of underdogs for most of his managerial career!

Under Alex Ferguson Fredinand became a top player, with some suggesting he was the best player in his position in all of Europe.

Watching Declan Rice it is hard to believe he is only 22 years old, he plays with a composure and ability way beyond his years but perhaps needs to be reined back. Rice's more recent advanced role may be pleasing on the eye but there is a growing opinion that the team suffers as a consequence.

Preston North End owner and prominent horse racing figure Trevor Hemmings has died at the age of 86, Hemmings bought a controlling interest in Preston in June 2010 after the troubled Lancashire club had received a winding up petition.The leisure tycoon was also a leading racehorse owner, winning the Grand National on three occasions, he was largely regarded as a saviour in Preston and will be sorely missed. The Club released a short statement on Monday evening to confirm Hemmings, who lived on the Isle of Man, had died.
